Roger Ailes name dropped from Fox News young journalists program

The website link for ‘Ailes Junior Reporters Program’ no longer works. And the reason comes after the departure of Roger Ailes, founder and former Chairman and CEO of Fox News.

According to TVNewser, the program will now be called the ‘Fox News Reporter Training Program.” The next class will be named soon with training and orientation to begin next month.

Here is an excerpt from when the site was up: The Ailes Junior Reporters Program launched in 2011 and was created to fulfill Roger Ailes’ ongoing mission to invest in young talent.

The ‘Ailes Apprentice Program’ will also be renamed as ‘Fox News Apprentice Program.’ TVNewser reports the 12 class graduating from this program will graduate under this name. This is a minority journalists program.

Ailes resigned last month over sexual harassment allegations.
